I'm surprised they don't require that you have some "authority" to insure track safety and tech inspection. I'd also suggest a tow truck along with the ambulance. With 40 noobs and no one else, it sounds like a recipe for disaster. Run groups and staging are up to you. Once the track is open for running (say 8 am), you run the cars as you like. Please, by all means, PAY someone to work the corners and flags... that's cheap insurance. good luck - no drinking until you are done.. ;) SS
